Dataset including MHC region #5
Description
The vignettes mentioned that "The MHC (HLA) region has been removed from this dataset, as is standard in autoimmune genomics."
What if I insisted to apply Subtest to a dataset without removing MHC region? Will it return a wrong result or just stop running and report a error?
