I like this app, quickly create a new note and assign a tag. No titles, it's fast, supports images.

If you are interested and still working on the app, I simply wrote down everything that I would like to see added or changed, or as an option.

• allow selecting text in rendered view
• don't show the keyboard when opening the menu
• in the menu, show the tags on the bottom instead of using the button and turn the button into a checkbox button that shows/hides the checkboxes next to the notes (hidden by default)
• render a single empty line as a new line/paragraph instead of requiring two lines
• ask for confirmation when deleting a note, even better: use a recycle bin
• don't open the note with the keyboard in edit mode (except for a new note, always open notes in render mode)
• remember the position in the menu (don't scroll back up to the first note when going back to the menu using the back gesture)
• in the menu, remove the last | separator on a note if there is no location
• allow renaming of tags
• use date created in menu
• only show a simple/natural date time: Today, Yesterday, Monday, 2024-12-30
• render markdown checkboxes and tables
• automatically continue a list on return (two returns cancel the list)
• undo/redo system
• automatic backups
• allow sharing an image to a new note or the one that is being edited
• hide cursor if keyboard is not visible

Bugs

• create a new note then go to the menu and delete it, then use the back gesture: it returns to the deleted note
• when I search, open a note and go back, the search term still shows but the note list is unfiltered
