Note Input Akin to OpenMPT

Requesting option to allow users to play every note on a keyboard without pressing ], [, +, and - to offset them.

It would be easier to jam if every note in an octave is mapped to keys on a midi keyboard.

Implementation Suggestions

Allow users to set a root note on keyboard that matches up to root note in the scale, separate from Scale root. This would allow for every note to be played, regardless of playable notes in midi specs.

Naming conventions can be borrowed from default MPT tuning names.
For less than or equal to 24 divisions of the octave use letters with the octave appended. i.e. ... A1, B1, ... Y1, Z1, A2, B2, ...

For higher than 24 divisions, use 2 digit hexadecimal numbers, with the octave appended.

I kind of have two answers to this:

1. This is (roughly) how every other music tool handles microtonality - part of the point of Osctet is to explore a different approach. It's true that this is a trade-off; the ability to jam is important! But interfacing with tunings symbolically instead of linearly is also a powerful ability, especially with larger tunings.
2. I probably do want to support alternative MIDI mappings at some point, especially since there are 2-dimensional controllers that could work well with isomorphic mappings. This would probably happen as part of the "MIDI/MPE recording" update that I would like to work on sometime.
