Feature Request: Add MockAdapter Support

Currently RawSql only supports Ado Adapters. Simple.Data has a very useful feature for testing where it can mock database access in memory by using a MockAdapter. It would be really useful if RawSql also supported this adapter.

I made an attempt at this last night.
Sadly it isn't as straight forward as I had hoped.

If you look at the source of the MockAdapter you can see how it works quite clearly, updating and manipulating several dictionaries to give the appearance of tables.
Looking at how RawSql works you can see it opens a connection object and executes the sql query on it, returning the results.

Since the MockAdapter doesn't actually open a connection it isn't as easy as just replacing the AdoAdapter references with MockAdapter ones and adjusting the OpenConnection method.

To me it looks like the sql queries will have to be parsed and then the appropriate manipulations done to the dictionaries. It may be possible to do something with LINQ to ease the process but I'll need to look into it more first.
