Add a theme switcher

A theme switcher would be ideal, with the current theme being the default.

Intern3 Chat (https://github.com/intern3-chat/intern3-chat) does a really good job of this

Yeah, I saw intern3 chat. As I mentioned in my original issue, there is a really good open source remake of the UI of t3 chat that we could take inspiration from. I don't have the link rn, but you can look at the original issue and find it

This should really only be a change to the tailwind config, so shouldn't be too heavy to implement

it supports the custom theme using tweakcn as they did in intern3.chat

That looks beautiful. We would need a way to add a styles section to it and rename it to appearance. The inset sidebar would be one of the styles
