Reset styles cause HTML form elements to not display

Specifically: -webkit-appearance: none;

I think the idea is to eventually have a section in Rasa for form elements, to customize from default browser appearance of input elements like radio and checkbox and select elements.

In the meantime, commenting-out -webkit-appearance: none; resolves the issue.
