Make a jester-init install wizard

It would be nice if jester doesn't include IE as a target when it knows it is running under linux.

Even better if it could detect which browsers are installed and only include those as karma runners.

Not sure if that behaviour would be better.

• The fact that you develop on linux does not imply that your app won't be used from windows, so I don't think that qualifies as an automatic "don't add it to jester.json"
• If I expect IE to be available on my test-node server and it suddenly isn't I'd rather have an error than a silent skip.

We could instead opt to make jester-init an interactive wizard? Also: I've added #17

Interactive wizard for setup is much better, I agree. It's a bit unfriendly atm to just start a project and get hacking, a wizard would help with that and introduce the user to some of the config options.

Ok. A jester-init wizard would be a nice feature.

I'm currently working on updating jester to eslint 0.13 (#19) which will be a backwards incompatible upgrade. I'd like to use this idea of a wizard to guide the user in the upgrade process.

Decisions that must be made

• how are we going to change the jester.json file? re-serialize it? change it in-place?
• For Upgrade eslint to 0.13 and use the ability for tighter integration #19 i'm migrating to an .eslintrc instead of jester.json are we going to support those config files as well?
• I think before coding we should sketch the questions and possible responses
