I think the best thing we could have would be an integration of postie with altmount with an api, to implement an anti-duplicate system, similar to what UD had.
With this, altmount would do what UD did, cataloging all the partial hashes of the .meta files in a database, and when trying to upload with postie, if the file already exists, it would only receive the nzb from altmount.
