This is my command pwsh.exe "C:\Users\Desktop\Usenet_Programms\Postie\Scripts\ZIP.ps1" "nzb_path" but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong, please help.

Aaaa did you download the postie cli version? Because you want to use as a cli and I think that's the desktop app

I downloaded postie-gui-windows-amd64.zip extract the exe und run it.

Got it but if is the gui you can only run it by executing the exe not via terminal

I need the full path to the Powershell application to run it.
C:\Program Files\PowerShell\7\pwsh.exe
or this
pwsh.exe

From "nzb_path" I get the full path to the created NZB file?

without any error.

i'm not sure what are you trying to do, you want execute a command after the upload is done?

Yes.
The same script is using wit ngPost ant ther works fine.
