New building: The Stirling Generator

The Stirling Generator does use a temperature difference between two substances as example 2 liquids to create electricity.

It can also work in reverse: Use electricity to warm the one substance and cool the other.

Also it would be interesting to be able to either use liquids or gases on in and output (which means it needs 4 slots each)

@rainbowdesign I have the same exact idea some time ago, but it's not really necessary as we have Steam Generator now.

True i guess the stirling generator would be a bit of the cheat version of the steam generator and reverse the cheat version of the aqua tuner.

I had this idea as well. I thought a better name would be Carnot Engine.
