The current implementation only allows for a single document collection. This limits parallel threads of research
Describe the solution you'd like
Users should be able to define and choose multiple contexts. Each context has its own storage and history retained.
Users should be able to switch via an interactive prompt.
Zotero link should recognize collections. File based will need user direction.
