Propper way to use it

Hi, thank you very much for this project!
I’m new to C language. I made it compile and work with some help from @cpinkham

I have a basic question about how this driver is meant to be used:
When i compile i get an executable file “rpi_pixleds” and i want to create some animations.
It’s ok to make a JS script that spawns this executable for each frame that i want to render or there is a better approach?

I'm just a passer-by that happens to also be experimenting with this project (thanks so much for that blog post), but I can think to ask: what frame rates are you hoping to achieve? You might want to look into measuring the overhead of launching an instance of the program, perhaps via https://nodejs.org/api/perf_hooks.html

From there it's a question of finding a performance/complexity architecture tradeoff that gives you the performance you need, but that depends on your goals.
