c# Wrapper??

Would it be at all possible to create a wrapper for this that works in c#? 

I've got a project that controls LED strips, and this would be utterly *ideal* for my purposes.

Unfortunately, I don't have much experience with C, else I'd try it myself.

I'd even be willing to pay a few $$ for the effort. ;)
