Skins

A skin has a `name` and a `configuration`. One skin could be a set of **lanes**, with names such as `Backlog`, `ToDo`, `Doing`, etc., with content being defined through the **tags** attached to it. Or it could be a **Calendar** skin, which content could be defined by the `update_at` tag.
