Error resolving ImageStreamTag jboss-webserver31-tomcatX-openshift

An error occurred while starting the build. Reason: Error resolving ImageStreamTag jboss-webserver31-tomcat7-openshift:1.1 in namespace openshift: imagestreams.image.openshift.io "jboss-webserver31-tomcat7-openshift" not found

I tried to change 1.1 to 1.2 and 1.3 without any success.

Does anybody know how to fix this?
