jboss-image-streams.json not present

The top level README.md makes multiple mentions of the need to load the imagestreams using the `jboss-image-streams.json` file but this file does not exist.
It looks like the imagestream definitions have been pushed down into the directory for each product, but the  documentation does not reflect this.
