Thanks for the great scripts - I just found there were some hurdles when running this on a new ec2 ubuntu instance as the changes to sshd_config seem to disallow the default and existing .pem private key authentication that AWS prefers.
Is it possible for the script to optionally still allow this sort of connection to the server ?
I am now in the process of trying to undo that small step and am struggling to figure it out, but no doubt I'll find a solution!
