Can't install as dotnet tool on .NET 9 - DotnetToolSettings.xml not found in package

Hi there - I'm having trouble installing the dotnet tool version of dotnet-typegen. I'm receiving the following error message.

Tool 'dotnet-typegen' failed to update due to the following:
The settings file in the tool's NuGet package is invalid: Settings file 'DotnetToolSettings.xml' was not found in the package.
Tool 'dotnet-typegen' failed to install. Contact the tool author for assistance.

Note: This when running .NET 9. It appears to install fine on .NET 10.

Hi, the solution for now would be to use dotnet-typegen 6.0.4 instead of 7.0.0, because it has the same functionality (7.0.0 just targets .NET 10 instead of .NET 9). In the future I'll probably add multiple runtimes (currently dotnet-typegen 7.0.0 only supports a single runtime, .NET 10).
