Add application type in the yarn config

Hello,

YARN application name can be specified,,
but application type is hardcoded to 'skein'.
It seems there is no way to specify YARN application-type

This is harcoded here:

skein/java/src/main/java/com/anaconda/skein/Driver.java

appContext.setApplicationType("skein");
