Console prints a "Loss of synchronization detected" after using the VNA

-To reproduce:

1. Connect to a RP.
2. Open the VNA window (click "Transfer Function") and make a measurement by clicking "Run Identification")
3. Click auto-refresh
4. Console will print out the error message.

-It is not clear at the moment whether there is actually a synchronization problem in the data stream immediately after using the VNA, or if this is improperly detected.
-In any case, this appears only for the very first data grab after using the VNA and doesn't seem to cause any other issue.
