Last couple of weeks AmusLabs downloader stopped working due to format change

Apparently, the raw data is now (optionally) obfuscated by AmuseLabs. As a result, LATimes and WashingtonPost or other AmusLabs based downloader may not work. Need to add code to decode obfuscated information.

While the above issue was fixed in the previous release. But AmuseLabs now have a new obfuscation scheme starting on June 19th and raw data is broken again. The xword-dl python project has a fix for this, but I don't have time to incorporate similar fix in this version at this point.
