Socket mode on cubietruck

Hello when i start the rfxcmd, i have this error :

rfxcmd:4071 - ERROR - Error starting socket server. Line: [option_listen:4071]
Error: can not start server socket, another instance already running?

I'm on cubietruck.
In simple mode (./rfxcmd.py -d /dev/ttyUSB0 -l -v), he get me the infos of 
oregon sensor.
But in socket mode, i have this error.

Have you a solution for me ?
