theta roles on knobs #10

No one yet marks knobs where they're introduced, i.e., +X never appears in isolation. (slashnulls claims it does, but it doesn't.)
It turns out that knobs sometimes do get theta roles ... in anaphoric control cases! Should probably mark control differently from other empty` categories, to indicate that they might be anaphors rather than movement.
