When importing from an other site, there is the problem that the creator IDs will be different on the new site. Because Joomla creates accidental IDs for superusers. Like that you can't see events in FE.
You have to change creatorIDs manually or via database. This can be lot of work.
Is there a possibility to adapt exported files to the new situation?

Yes, the imported events can be assigned to the current user.
