EDIT: I get the same after an update from JEM 4.4.0 RC3 to JEM4.4.1 when loading example files

I can reproduce it when updating from 4.4.0 to 4.4.1 on Joomla 5.
With a clean install it works fine.

The order of the rows in #__jem_events has changed in 4.4.1. and also in the sample data, but when updating, the old row order persits and collides with the new sample data order.

This SQL statement will fix it

ALTER TABLE `#__jem_events`
MODIFY COLUMN `fulltext` mediumtext NOT NULL
AFTER `introtext`;

Sorry, and thanks Hekla.
This change was made in local when I reordered the sample data.
I have reviewed the past commit, and this line was omitted when I uploaded it.
It only affects the sample data loading.

Inspired by Ernst, I made a silent update:
I replaced the JEM 4.4.1 donwload file with the corrected one. Now all updates from now on will fix it.
Neverthless it will officially be included in JEM 4.4.2
