Please add an overview of skipped test cases

What feature do you want to see added?

Similar to All Failed Tests I would like to have All Skipped Tests.
Its sometimes important to know which test cases where not executed. And I do not want to go through every package.

Because this one is a duplicate. Nirgilboa expressed his will to continue his work and I'm fine with that.
I see no necessity to keep two issues open for one topic. This one is linked at the other and I also expressed my desire (and the hope to see it done) over there.
It would have been better if I had searched, and hopefully found the other issue. Then I would have commented directly there.

I do not how you do the things on this project.
Someone can reopen this one, but I see myself not any longer responsible for this one.

I reopen this issue because I did not realized at first that #106 is a PR and not a issue.
