rev4 , parts not looking aligned

Hello, I'm unfamiliar with SMT assembly, so I'm not 100% sure what I am doing.

I receive this error.
I noticed that the parts are not alighed correctly, ie, the USB should be moved down and the U2 is rotated. Some of the resistors are misaligned as well.

Is this an error on JLCPCB's visualization? Should I fix them manually ? I'm hesitant to change anything because I assume the same CPL worked for others.

It's true that the positions/orientations are not quite right on some of the components. I should really come back to it and fix them.

That said, these are the exact files that I have used with success, the way it has always worked is a human looked at these files and corrected the orientations before manufacturing. Maybe they're trying to automate the process more, I haven't ordered these in a while.

(The reason they're "incorrect" is some KiCad libraries use different origin conventions for the footprint than what JLCPCB uses. But that's no excuse since everyone is going to be ordering these from JLC.)
