Different outputs

Hi João,

I noticed running mapseq with the same config and same input files multiple times. Yet it delivered slightly different outputs.

For instance, using the command: ./../mapseq-1.2.3-linux/mapseq -tophits 80 -topotus 40 -outfmt simple sequences.fasta LSU.fasta slv_lsu_filtered2.txt > output1

on this small sequences file:

one time the output was:

second time:

Is this behavior considered normal? why does it happen?
