configure: error: Need uhd library! While I have installed uhd lib using pybomb

I have installed uhd using pybomb. The following error occurs when I run ./configure

checking for main in -luhd... no
configure: error: Need uhd library!

The following is the information after I run gnuradio-companion.

$gnuradio-companion
linux; GNU C++ version 4.8.4; Boost_105400; UHD_003.010.git-17-g8a6c4056
