Cannot get any Data with Raspberry PI 4

Hi,
i am trying to use your node uma8 software to read out DOA of the UMA 8 Mic Array V2.
Unfortunately i´m new to Node and Java Script. I thought when i run your test.js, there should be some Output, but in the console, i only get the "ready" and it seems that the uma8.on("audio",...) and uma8.on("metadata",...) functions are never called.
Am i missing something?

Hello, I really just experimented with this for a short time a few years back so I make no guarantees for how well this works 😄 (I don't even know if I have the mic anymore)

That said, I kinda do recall having to fiddle with the device permissions, so maybe try that or alternatively try running the thing as root and see if that works (and if it does, that would indicate a permission problem). Also I've seen problems where some other program (or the kernel) has claimed the usb interface. If none of these things work then my suggestion would be to start debugging the C++ code.
