[Help Wanted] Streamline character offset calibration

I haven't come up with a consistent method for doing module offset calibration yet, but it does seem somewhat necessary. It would be nice if making those adjustments were easier than picking random numbers and having to save and restart the unit.

There could be another section in the settings where you specify what your display currently shows, or for each character, what is actually shown. A backend function can then calculate the difference between the current character and the target character, and apply that difference accordingly to calibrate that module.

Also, on the frontend, there is an "offset" section, but there's no explanation of what the numbers represent. Is the offset for a single character ? If I set the offset to 1, does it move by one character from A to B, one degree, or one step? It's not clear.
