Performa scales its graphs so they're nearly always full height. This makes comparing much more difficult because the scale is never the same. I'd rather see constant height and possibly a mark of some sort at the y axis point you go into warning.
Also, CPU usage cannot exceed 100%. When it does hit 100% the graph scales to show 120% potential.
