implement entry page for lighttpd with a basic configuration wizard #1
Description
lighttpd on port 443 should provide a central entry page, it should roughly allow to:
- select a default klipper config
- upload a modified klipper config
- configure klipper to be started at boot
- configure octoprint to be started at boot
- provide a link to octoprint (proxied by lighttpd via mod_proxy)
- backup/restore configurations
- change password
- enable/disable ssh
- change network settings
In the future:
- flash printer firmware
- update rootfs
