Admin Essentials: lack of error in group url change

In leveraging admin essentials add-on on community.jivesoftware.com (7.0.0.1) to change group URL-

Wanted to change an old group URL on behalf of sales, /groups/harte-hanks, to match new name, /groups/usaa. The add-on gave the green light, but did not make the change. Upon further investigation, there was an existing group with /usaa.

The existing group was changed to /usaa-archive so that the primary group could change, but I think behavior should deliver negative feedback if a group URL already exists
