Allow configuration option to remove link entirely #3
Description
If the more/less link text is configured to be blank anchors are still added to the text.
In cases where somebody may want to truncate a really large linked heading the more/less toggle link doesn't really make sense.
Should this also provide an omission string option? (e.g. an elipses)
