Yes, I wanted to give altenatives to apps (like Lichess for Chess, etc.) and clicked the "+" icon -> What are you submitting? FOSS App (by default and by mistake) -> filled up everything etc. -> made me submit without any error, thinking that was the process to do.
It should automatically start on the "Link App" tab (maybe with the app I was vising info already in the "Target Proprietary App")

The bare minimum is to put a warning when inserting a FOSS app that's already in the database.
The better fix is (as said above): When clicking the add icon in an Proprietary App it should automatically start on the "Link App" tab.
