Concat max version 2.0.0

The max version for dependency concat is set to "<2.0.0". Is this necessary? If it is not, please increase this, as the newest concat is at 2.1.0.

I think this was fixed in #61, but we need a new build pushed to the forge.

Can we get this fixed? we shouldnt have to install with --ignore-dependencies flag
