Hi developer,
I am currently embedded the Fiji UNet as part of my cell analysis workflow. Most image processing is worked on python so it brings me to your repository.
The Fiji UNet plugin has tested with a docker backend server for the segmentation part. For a bigger implementation, I am trying to put the pipeline on cloud/cluster, in which docker is not available but alternatively the Singularity container environment.
Would there be any chance that you can run the code on Google Colab? As long as I understand the CUDA environment in Colab is not compatible with caffe-unet, which makes me struggle to design my pipeline.
