Credhub integration

As PCF Credfub was introduced seems it will not work.

2018-09-27T23:52:18.26+0200 [APP/PROC/WEB/0] ERR AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'credentials'

as credentials are being provided now like:

"credentials": {
 "credhub-ref": "/c/4B1402E1-0781-4959-99D0-A9E4995BF0F7/82ecfec6-a536-420b-9df4-5621dea5231d/37d43bf9-3831-4273-a4b0-9a182de51c54/credentials"
},

Revoking, it works good with Credfub. My fault it was.

Hello @mmartofel, just wondering how did you achieve to resolve CredHub credentials with py-cfenv? I don't see how I can get credentials from CredHub with py-cfenv.
