User bootstrap.css & bootstrap-rtl.css together

Hello
i have one template use bootstrap.css:

and have one script (MegaMenuForBootstrap):
http://codecanyon.net/item/meganavbar-v-220-advanced-mega-menu-for-bootstrap-30/8516895

the template must user bootstrap.css and script must use bootstrap-rtl.css when i mix that i have bug,how can i fix my problem?
can i use bootstrap.css & bootstrap-rtl.css at same time?
