IZoom doesn't make it fit with current resolution when its on HIDPI mode.

I am actually using Surface Pro 4, with 150% scaling, It zooms the page for current resolution without HIDPI multiply.
so the site fits with current resolution, that means its x1.5 zoomed for me.

Maybe we can fix it by just creating zoom multiply. after zoom multiply.
