Spend RoboCoin to create a custom greeting

Users can spend X RC to create a custom greeting for themselves

Currently users can only have one custom greeting...move the greetings into the DB and pick at random?!?

Going to need a way that Mods can check what's set and delete if necessary

Should Mods be able to set custom greetings for others for free?? (no)
