FooterElement is not included in project solution list - but is present

Heads up - the .x45.ForDemo has the footer element but it is not included in the project which results in the library unable to compile. You will want to add it.

p.s. I still a great library. I was an old Comzept license guy from 2003.

@Kempe that element is there, You just need to click on Show all files in solution explorer. You will see that file, right click it and choose Include in project
