Not all optional gtfs files are currently being imported to the db.

Currently, if optional gtfs files calendar_dates.txt, shapes.txt, frequencies.txt , transfers.txt exist, they are not being imported to the db.

Yup. I know that. That should be very easy to add. If you have the code ready make a pull request, or I will start working on it and submit a patch soon. :-)

I know this is late - Support for calendar_dates.txt and shapes.txt has been just added by Pull #4
