Changing itemHeight has no effect

Hello John.

I'm using your control on my page. Thanks for it, it very nice.
I've faced the problem and want to report about it:
changing itemHeight has no effect.

I've changed itemHeight from 24 (default value) to 32 and nothing changed: controls is still displayed in the same way (I've used latest chrome).
Could you please take a look.
