Ferature Request - Control pins via MQTT

I plan to use my ebusd adapter 3 to switch the heating circuit via a relay. I see these can be accessed via the web UI and a rest API but it would be great if these could be controlled via MQTT. Can pins configured as output be exposed via MQTT so they can be switched via something like Home Assistant.
