esptool v5.2 works fine

I no longer have any problem using esptool v5.2. What was the problem there?

I'm using esp-idf v6.0. See: bitaxeorg/ESP-Miner#1417 . I'm not sure if this is due to the esp-idf version bump but if you can tell me what the original problem was I'll figure it out and bitaxetool can stop pinning the version of esptool.

The config.cvs file never gets sent to the device when it's put in the command line along with the firmware file.
