HTML problems in Chapter #5

1. When trying to render a PDF in RStudio out of chapter Update 02-r-basics.Rmd #5 aka 30-eda.Rmd, there's an error because of "Functions that produce HTML output", adding always_allow_html: yes at the top solves this problem, and creates the PDF.
2. Non of the robust sunburstR and circle-packing plots is displayed in the HTML on the site Rcourse-EDA, there are many 404 errors because of missing javascript/css files in http://www.john-ros.com/Rcourse/libs, I guess these libraries should be added there in order to have interactive graphs (there are not even static graphs as in the PDF)
