Adding ctags to sharpen routine

Think about how running ctags could fit into the sharpening routine.

I guess the first step here would be to list the projects I'd want to run ctags on routinely:

• volt
• palette

And so writing that list sorta makes me think that maybe I don't really need to do this after all! I'll simmer on this and leave it open, but going to bail on this for now.
