A 'lint' command

Create a command that can analyze the language of the paper and identify common mistakes. This would be an interesting application for NLTK.

One easy task would be to catch repeating words---I do this too much!

Something like the "words to avoid" vim plugin could also be useful.

Perhaps the error report could be rendered into a build of the document as a text annotations (much like latexdiff does). Use different colours for different types of potential errors.
